So what happened to the Warren County liars who faked a terror threat
in order to count the votes in secret? Did everyone just shrug and walk away?

10. What I don't understand is why it take Conyers to investigate this.
Shouldn't local authorities and the state justice department be investigating? I would think someone accountable could be fingered rather easily. Why would it take months and a congressman?

11. Why do you think? Some folks like it just the way it is, uninvestigated.

12. GOOD question, after all -- Blackwell's job description states that he
The Job Description of the Secretary of State in Ohio: http://www.sos.state.oh.us/sos /

The Duties on the Ohio Secretary of State website state:
Chief Elections Officer
As Ohio's chief election officer, Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell oversees the elections process and appoints the members of boards of elections each of Ohio's 88 counties.

He supervises the administration of election laws; approves ballot language; reviews statewide initiative and referendum petitions, chairs the Ohio Ballot Board, which approves ballot language for statewide issues; canvasses votes for all elective state offices and issues; investigates election frauds and irregularities; trains election officials and reimburses counties for poll worker training costs.

The Elections Division compiles and maintains election statistics, political party records and other election-related records. Statewide candidates' campaign finance reports are filed with the office, together with the reports for state political action committees (PACs), state political parties and legislative caucus campaign committees.

Conyers was right to direct questions at him -- but the fact that it wasn't many local people (Besides Tubbs-Jones and all of the FreePress Folk), and certainlym not many (if at all) law enforcement people sits hollow in my stomach. Like how I felt when I woke up to the announcement that * won.... and I knew that something was very, very wrong...

4. KO was the only corporate media to cover it.
A fictitious SCALE 10 'lockdown' on election nght, in the deciding state, at a time when the vote returns are coming in suspect...and no one cares enough to find out what the hell is going on.

7. File a complaint with the FBI
this is the sort of thing they should be jumping all over, if they were serious about fighting terrorism. The people who spread this disinformation are terrorists too.
