Everybody - Take A Camera To the Polls- Tell Everyone You Know
Take a picture of you final votes, especially if you are on an electronic-no paper trail machine. This could be possibly used if they "lose" a lot of votes.Take pictures if the vote flips. Take pictures if you are not allowed to park near your polling place. Take pictures of excessively long lines. Any other ideas? Document everything.

3. It's supposed to prevent the selling of a vote
If you take a picture of your vote, supposedly you could be providing proof you voted a certain way for $$.

It's actually extremely sensible not to allow carte blanche photographing/recording of cast ballots.

On the other hand, going prepared to document a "glitch" is not a bad idea, since if such a "Glitch" were to occur, the Constitutional right to a fair, accurate and properly counted ballot would supercede any local, state or even federal law forbidding the recording of a ballot. Indeed it might be properly argued that it is the absolute constitutionally mandated duty of each and every citizen exercising their right to vote, to document ballots "spoiled" by "systemic error".

If it smells the slightest bit fishy, raise your hand. Call for official scritineers to witness the error. Call for volunteer witnesses, especially representatives of the press. Demand that the error be documented and make bloody sure that that documentation can not be "disappeared".

And finally if you have even the slightest doubt that your ballot was spoiled/altered (even if it is corrected with the assistance of poll workers) step back to the wall, and stand ready to bear witness to iregularities in the ballots of those who follow you.

4. One should always check the law first.
But, try a phone camera. That might be the most discrete, and only on your own ballot.

I suggest getting about ten democrats to vote on the same day in the same precinct and try to find a machine that definitely is causing problems. Document how the poll workers respond to the problem, and definitely find out their party affiliations.

5. you're on the right track. document everything. you never know what will matter
but, avoid breaking the law at the polls. we want to prove it's corrupt, not to corrupt it ourselves.

8. I Don't Advocate Breaking Any Laws - BUT Isn't Hacking the Vote Breaking the
law? I have a very small camera and will not use the flash. The booths are closed - I say whatever it takes to stop the strealing of our democracy.

9. Like I said above. If there is a credible reason to doubt.
get it witnessed and get it documented and if the officials refuse to document it, jump up and down. Scream. Make them arrest you if you have to.

10. If There Is Widespread Photo-documentation Of Fraud
There would raise the chances of something actually being done in the event of fraud. Possibly it could be a deterrent if it was widely known that EVERYONE was ready to record any wrong doing - if everyone had a record of their vote and the tallies didn't add up - etc.
