1. B6 - P5P Formula
works wonders for CTS - 100 mg 3X per day

It took 3 months for mine to go away, one year for my chef hubby.
Keep taking it after you get relief - for the rest of your life.

It needs to be the P5P formula - Vitacost.com or any health food store

There's much to read on the internet(s) about B6 and CTS
