Spring Meditation at 4:00 AM and I am excited. I have no idea what to expect does anyone know?

3. I was only half kidding with my question.

However, when you get back I would be interesting in what you find. I am refering to the "serpant at the base of the spine". I read in a book that kissing there was a way to "activate the serpent".

5. Here is what I found.

It was good. I found that the chakras that I have the most troubles with I would become uncomfortable. I would start letting my mind wonder and think about how my legs were numb. Overall a good experience though. 2 hrs of meditation is always good. In the 6th Chakra meditation I saw a wheel that I have seen before in another experience. So that is interesting.

side note: chakras are not in the DU spell check.

7. Yep.

off axis green wheel spinning. Light emits from from the outer side. Like light spikes (not scary spikes) it spins at a rapid rate. It feels like those nail things that you take the imprint of your hand or face when you're inside of it. I think it is a little wacky too. It also doesn't make sense because 6th chakra is indigo not green. Green is heart chakra. I will chalk it up as something interesting. I made a sketch up model of it but my good rendering engines are at work, so this is sort of what it looked like.

8. I went to one years ago, when I was fit and did yoga everyday.

We danced around vigorously. Other than a good cardio workout, I didn't understand the benefit. I never went back.

9. No dancing for us.

We got down to business. 30 minutes exercise 1.5 hrs chanting meditation. It sounds like it will be a monthly thing.
