^^ The excellent animation is based on the Advaita Hindu principle of the "not two/non-dual"-ness of all things in the universe(s)
according to it, gods are the result of ignorance...and a crutch created by man to explain away our lack of knowledge of the sameness of all things.

Chief Seattle says something eerily similar in his letter

"We know the sap which courses through the trees as we know the blood that courses through our veins. We are part of the earth and it is part of us. The perfumed flowers are our sisters. The bear, the deer, the great eagle, these are our brothers. The rocky crests, the dew in the meadow, the body heat of the pony, and man all belong to the same family. "

1. Well done.
It certainly illustrates the concept of universal Oneness and the mirage of separateness very well -- and I love the juxtaposition with Chief Seattle's words.

I think all religions and philosophies have commonalities at their core. It is these profound common principles we should be looking to for enlightenment rather than superficialities like the often absurd rules and rituals that separate them from each other.

Sorry I spotted this too late to rec it. Thanks for posting.

Namaste....

I too loved the animation..it really is well done.

As for Chie'f Seattle's words..they have always stuck in my mind since the time I read them as a middle-school student. Seattle was expressing the one'ness of the universe in his own way, by relating it to the things he saw around himself in his daily life. But as you pointed out, the meaning was the same.

Namaste to you too (or "Vanakkam" in my language) :)
