expansion was a disaster. Return to the old league. The one that was fun, that had lots of quality teams playing in hockey cities where there was actually snow and ice for real.

Baseball should be hard nose when it come to the next players contract. I've been a union man all of my life and support all causes that further the working people of this country, but when a mediocre major leaguer makes 3 million a years for playing a sport that many of us would do for free is testing many of us baseball lovers to brink of not caring about the national pastime. And with the steroid scandal? Thats totally another reason to become, more, pissed off at baseball in general

This wasn't necessary, this was because of Bettman's idiocy. The CBA should have been taken care of 7 years ago but douchelips just had to have the NHL in the Olympics and kept extending it. The Olympic experiment was a disaster. I blame it all on Bettman, his complete incompetence and lack of understanding about the game has brought about it's demise. Now we're going to have scab players next year and radical rule changes that will ruin it once and for all. Fuck Bettman, fuck him with a splintered tree branch.
