Eyelid marks warn of heart attack
Yellow markings on the eyelids are a sign of increased risk of heart attack and other illnesses, say researchers in Denmark.

A study published on the BMJ website showed patients with xanthelasmata were 48% more likely to have a heart attack.

Xanthelasmata, which are mostly made up of cholesterol, could be a sign of other fatty build-ups in the body.

Cardiologists said the findings could be used by doctors to help diagnose at-risk patients.

1. Creases in the earlobes supposedly indicate increased risk of stroke.
Don't know if it's true...my wife is the trained professional, she tells me earlobe creases are trouble. Not sure what you're supposed to do if you find creases in your earlobes, though.

3. My earlobe creases have significantly decreased since I started taking
COQ10 a few years ago.
By "decreasing" I mean it appears that they have filled out and are no longer visible on one side,
only very slightly visible ( quite diminished) on the other.

10. Same here.
I was going to head to the mirror and look for slight discoloration. I'm pretty sure I'd have already noticed (and duly freaked the hell out) if I had them.

7. I don't think there needs to be a study to know that anyone with that condidtion
has serious health issues.
