Prepare to drool, Vegans!
I was married last Friday. (no drool yet)
My sister, who is a fabulous chef, catered our wedding. (maybe a little drool)
The catering was completely vegetarian, and about 90% vegan. (start your drool engines)

And our wedding cakes were from Millenium. (set drool to maximum!)

We had one chocolate/raspberry, one ginger spice/white chocolate, and one Chocolate Almond Midnight.

I'll post pics once I can find my camera amidst the piles of wedding detritus.

:hi:

4. Hmmm.
I live within driving distance of there. Now I just need to come up with some excuse to get myself a cake.

364 days until my birthday...

5. I would posit
that waking up alive would be reason enough for a good cake.

6. Congratulations!
Beautiful cake.

note: I am working in Portland, Or (most likely people that live here know this) and went to "Old Wive's Tale" yesterday and they have the best spelt-vegan carrot cake. Yum!

9. Mmmm, those were both really good.
I think the CAM did a better job of blowing my mind as a creamy vegan cake, but the ginger spice may have had the better flavor overall. The simple answer is not to choose--get one of each! :)

We're trying to find time to get the pics up...honestly!
