I'm about turkey'd out already. I've had this brisket in the freezer since July. They were .49 a lb back then. I usually buy a couple and freeze them for later. What are you making ?
we were late in doing the turkey, so I have trukey here for the next two days. Then maybe I'll make some spaghetti, and later in the week a lima bean soup with cornbread. I don't know if I'm going to freeze the carcass and make turkey soup later.
