One more variation on the Ain5 bread: cinnamon rolls!
I did this last weekend, but just now got around to uploading the pic. Nothing fancy or complicated--I rolled the dough into a rectangle, working in a little flour, spread one side liberally with butter, sprinkled on a goodly amount of brown sugar and cinnamon, roll up and sliced into rolls. Gave them a nice long rise (about 1.5 hours), baked, and topped with glaze when they were still hot out of the oven.

They were TASTY. :9

1. They're just beautiful..........
I hate cinnamon, but I'd even eat those.

4. They had a bit of a crust, but not too hard.
And soft and gooey (from the butter/sugar/cinnamon) on the inside. I was pretty pleased with the way they turned out.

3. Absolutely gorgeous!
I made cinnamon rolls last weekend using a different recipe and they didn't rise at all. They tasted good but were small and somewhat crusty. I was having one of my weekends where I screwed up just about everything I touch. :eyes:

5. Give me 3, please...
They're gorgeous and look delicious.

Your cinnamon looks really dark... what type of cinnamon did you use?
