Not even sure why this cake struck me so much, since don't like really bananas but do enjoy SOME banana-flavored things. The picture just looked so enticing (came in an email newsletter I get.)

Maybe you can enclose a piece of your banana cake whenever it's time for you to send me that margarita? ;)

6. Mmmmmm, that DOES sound good.

Any cake that manages to up the butter/sugar ante by adding sour cream has my vote (even if the sour cream is really yogurt ;) .)
