1. This is the first I've heard of it
and there's virtually no information about it on the Philadelphia Cream Cheese pages that you linked to.

These folks know something about it though, it was introduced on their website

2. I saw the TV ad for it
but have no idea what's in it or if it's healthy at all

but for me today EVERYTHING is about healthy and no HFCS

I was gonna check it out at the store however so thank for the link!

Original, and Italian. $2.99 sale price.

I've added cream cheese to a sauce occasionally when improvising. It can be useful. I'm sure many busy home cooks will try this product.
