My personal toolbar only shows up on certain open windows.

I've clicked VIEW. Both options (Navigation toolbar & Bookmarks toolbar) are checked.

My personal toolbar is just plain gone in some open windows.

I've rebooted. No help.

Specs: Firefox, Windows XP, Yahoo homepage.

Any ideas?
