I took a video of Talib Kweli in portrait orientation last night.

The answer would depend upon what you already have in the way of video editing software.

Many different programs would do it - Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere. What do you have?

3. check out virtualdub...

http://www.virtualdub.org

You'll need to load your video then select the resize filters
available and pick 'rotate 90degrees' filter.

I personally have no experience with this, but that's the advice...
