I have small paid application from Deepak Chopra on my phone called Stress Free - it has been taking me weeks to just go through them - just because there just does not seem to be much of a quiet time for me. It is pretty much a step by step identify the cause and release process.
It starts with Find Your True Identity, Live The Present, Use Your Body For Feedback, Find Invincibility, Rid Yourself of Toxins and the last key I do not know yet. It is a combination of meditations, working through issues, teachings and music therapy.

So, I ventured out to his website to see if he has any similar programs or free programs I could recommend here.

Of course, I immediately strayed, and first found out that the next symposium involves a great deal of people I would so much love to hear speak, and it again, is within driving distance. "Sages & Scientists"

BUT - :wow: the minimum donation is for the majority of people impossible to dish out, certainly for me. bummer.
Ah, well - it would be nice if they would generate an after the fact online video some day - even if it was for a fraction of the cost, for people who can't afford to attend. :(

What I found are some free meditations, podcasts and how-to's and tips, but nothing similar in terms of a small application for a computer so far.
I tried one of the meditations and read through some of the material. I do like the meditations and the podcasts have the same meditations.

Chopra should work up something for the poorer who want some program to follow as well. I guess this is what turns a lot of people off of him.

2. It is not a program that is expensive it is a symposium, Cleita.

I think the program I have is cheap. The Stress Free - I think I paid like $6 or so. I have not checked out what he offers for personal improvement programs online.

The symposium is a 3 day event - has great scientists and visionaries speaking - but commands $1,700 per ticket. My daughter always scolds me and asks why I apologize for others, but I try to understand where they are coming from - in this case, perhaps they will have to fly these people in and provide for their care.. or are they trying to keep the crowd at a manageable more personable size?

Which brings me to the core problem we all have - money, and I was about to post a very interesting interview of an economist at consciousmedia.

In a sense - so far, Deepak's Stress Free program made me realize I am frustrated at "money" and it's inherent inequalities - visiting his website, and then listening to the interview, it kind of came to full circle.
