It struck a Yeesss! chord with me and I don't think it was wishful thinking! And the poster mentions being an Obama supporter! Double Hmmm..

I keep getting a "Tortoise and The Hare" image in my mind, with Clinton/Obama being the hare, and Edwards being the tortoise.

Might be wishful thinking here too, but what the heck?

3. Hope it's true in reality, but it's definitely true in the "real" real world.

I had a student one time, a C student, and I dreamed he had made an A. I re-checked his grades and found that he really did have a C and deserved it. But when I thought about it, I realized I really admired his attitude about life. In one reality he had made an A; in another he was still a "C" student.

I think even if Edwards loses the nomination, if he stays true to his principles, he will have "won" in a higher sense. If, as I suspect, HRC and Obama are not as sincere or as tuned into what people really need right now, if they end up winning the nomination, things will not go well for them.

I favor Kucinich actually and Edwards as a second choice, but I will support whoever wins the nom, and hope that I'm wrong in how I feel about what an administration run by either HRD or Obama would be like.
