Weekly Healing Project #3 | August 17 - 23: Healing for Healthy Self-Worth
Optional Part II: Washington D.C.

Do find it easier to take an insult than to accept a compliment? Do you feel guilty for taking the time for even basic self-care or feel unworthy when something good happens to you? Do you find it hard to ask for help because you feel other's problems are more important than your own? If any of these sound too familiar this experiment is for you! If even the thought of developing self-esteem bothers you consider this - how can you help create a better world if your emotions are so caught up in feeling unworthy of the same good things you want to happen to other people might happen to you too! Remember if you believe all beings deserve a basic minimum of decent treatment that includes you!

Please send energy to those who sign up and this thread as well to charge it so that later anyone who wishes can visit it for additional healing. The suggested times for those who want guidelines are 6:30-7 AM & 6:30-7 PM. You are NOT expected to send the entire half hour or twice a day or even daily! Those times are just rough guidelines for those who prefer working in a framework. Otherwise send when and how long you feel is appropriate. All energy healing techniques are welcome whether prayer, Reiki, visualizing colored light, chanting, singing, dancing, crystals or something totally different as long as the intention is for the highest good of all involved.

Sharing experiences and results are optional but totally welcome if there is anything you feel comfortable sharing :)

12. Results, Experiences, Reactions...... mine so far

This and last week's focus really hit me in the heart. Last week at times I felt like something on the surface of my heart was breaking. I was actually in almost physical pain as a layer of that hardened shell of heart ache broke apart and was released. I have experienced this before without actual physical heart trouble so I knew not to panic but to go with the process as much as possible.

This week I have felt at times a warmth around me like I had just been hugged by old dear friends and was standing in a sunbeam made up of affection. Last night I had trouble falling asleep and as I finally started to relax I felt a warm wave of that same energy envelop me even stronger than before. I felt it especially around my heart. This week there was no pain, only warmth and a feeling that I really was worthy of this affection and acceptance.

13. All I know, Shallah, is that this week I'm feeling I have options,

I felt I reached a roadblock and was stuck before, stagnation....It's Wedns. and all I know is that I will be successful, wherever the road brings me...I have hope again, I don't know for sure it's these exercises of intention...giving and receiving...and I don't care...I'm becoming positive again and it's a gift.:grouphug:

I have a loose plan for these experiments right now to clear the way before working on abundance and manifestion. Personally I have found that the more I clear other issues, esp. self-worth, the more good things have come into my life. I hope these group efforts provide a healthy boost to help everyone manifest more light, love, hope, joy, as well as the physical things like money that we all need to live a healthy life.

14. People are being extreme phonies again, meaning that they're waiting to turn the knife.

I continue to pray and work light as the Universe rewards that in and of itself. The only path out of this Hell Realm is forgiveness and love- despite others attempting to make it impossible.

Edit: When oh when will people begin to realize that in acting like George Bush and Republicans, they are only strengthening such, over and over and over? And then complain or deny the results?
