Eliz. Baron is a no-show, so far...what's the deal? I'm looking forward to Psychic Consortium's next thread.

Need some uplifting words to latch onto.

1. Put on your Sunday clothes, there's lots of world out there.

Put on your Sunday clothes when you feel down and out
Strut down the street and have your picture took
Dressed like a dream your spirits seem to turn about
That Sunday shine is a certain sign
That you feel as fine as you look!
Beneath your parasol, the world is all a smile
That makes you feel brand new down to your toes
Get out your feathers
Your patent leathers
Your beads and buckles and bows
For there's no blue Monday in your Sunday clothes!

Beneath your bowler brim the world's a simple song
A lovely lilt that makes you tilt your nose
Get out your slickers, your flannel knickers
Your red suspenders and hose
For there's no blue Monday in your Sunday clothes!

All
All Aboard! All Aboard!
All Aboard! All Aboard!
Put on your Sunday clothes there's lots of world out there
Put on your silk cravat and patent shoes
We're gonna find adventure in the evening air
To town we'll trot
To a smoky spot
Where the girls are hot as a fuse!
Put on your silk high hat and at the turned up cuff
We'll wear a hand made grey suede buttoned glove
We'll join the Astors
At Tony Pastor's
And this I'm positive of
That we won't come home
That we won't come home
No we won't come home until we fall in love!

Put on your silk high hat and at the turned up cuff
We'll wear a hand made grey suede buttoned glove
We'll join the Astors
At Tony Pastor's
And this I'm positive of
That we won't come home
That we won't come home
No we won't come home until we fall in love!

2. LOL, Fire Walk, I'm thinking you meant this for Blue Iris' poetry
thread?

Anyway, Happy Valentine's Day.

3. Nope, for you. Some positive words to hang on to, and perhaps implement :)

4. Well then, a big thank you.

Namaste, Fire Walk (Peake), I am having a hard time with the new names.
I do love the written word, thanks for the poem.

5. They're lyrics from Hello, Dolly, care of the recent Pixar film "WALL•E".
Unstoppably positive stuff. It sounded like you needed a smile :)

Do rent "WALL•E" if you want some enlightened viewing (and I'm being literal!)

7. Or, put another way...
When you feel down, dress up! That's what we used to say in college.

9. Yep. It's up to each of us to do something to make ourselves feel our best.
And to make it contagious.

6. I don't know what's up with Elizabeth Baron either.
I saw her once a few years ago and she gave me one of those messages in trance.

I subscribed to her website and haven't gotten the predictions.

8. I've given up on Elizabeth Baron
She was supposed to release her predictions on 1/15, then it was 1/21. She still has not released them and there's no update on her site. I sent an email about a week ago -- no response.
Has anyone checked her 2008 predictions? I remember she said good things about Barack Obama in kind of an odd, old-fashioned way (something about "his people" in reference to his race).
