Biden and Kucinich confirm attendance at Disability Forum

Just today, Senator Joe Biden (D-DE) and Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) confirmed their attendance at the "National Forum on Equality, Opportunity, and Access" - a presidential candidates forum on disability policy to be held on November 2 in Manchester, New Hampshire.
