Certified Veterinary Chiropractor
Qualified Medical Evaluator
Certified Industrial Consultant

maybe it is the "Qualified Medical Evaluator" whatever the heck that means??

6. i will be eligible march 3rd... lost my hand, bad back, neuropathy of lower legs, Asspergers .. they

sewed a dead hand back on instead of giving me a prosthetic.. i have lost $16K and my union job.. and i know I'm not get'n nothin. the hand doesn't work, wont ever work, and now re-amputation is elective surgery..

they performed a 5 1/2 hour reattachment on me, 59 yr old with a heart murmur.. and i had a heart attack on the table.. I'm fuck'n pissed, i am a high functioning autistic, i have an IQ of 164 but am functionally illiterate, 6th grade literacy, i am a mechanical/technical savant, built F22 and Delta3 Rocket.. now i have a door stop for a hand, cant butter bread or scratch my ass with a paralyzed bazaarly painful hand.. i cant tell if it is frozen or on fire, or i'm being electrocuted, F'n messed up
