1. Must put in a word for "Georgy Girl" and "Here Comes Mr. Jordan."
The first features the late Lynn Redgrave, in a memorable performance, and also a fine supporting cast: Alan Bates, James Mason, Bill Owen, and Charlotte Rampling.



Then there's Here Comes Mr. Jordan, very watchable, not least because of the presence of Claude Rains and the unofficial patron saint of the Classic Films Group, Robert Montgomery. And I love James Gleason too.
