Vintage amp pr0n
Edited on Tue Nov-21-06 10:06 PM by Opposite Reaction
Some old amps I used to own. More to come.

A pre-war ES-185

A BR1. Killer sound with humbuckers.

Everybody likes the GA40.

Took a lot of work to get this GA45RVT to sound like anything, but eventually it rawked.

I think this is a GA8.

I can't remember the model number of this one.

Epiphone.

Supro. Single 15"

These rickenbackers come with Jensen C12Ps.

Permier made very pretty amps.

Kay? Kay.

1. Those are wonderful.
I used to own a 60's Gretsch amp with 2-10". All tube, of course.

I saw one on eBay for $1000. I think I paid something like $50 for it in 1973.

Thanks for sharing.

in pieces in the basement. 30 Watt? My older brother gave it to me and I played it for years until it crapped out. I replaced it with a Roland JC-120. Putting it back together is one of my projects but I never had the original cabinet. My brother made his own cabinet for it. LOL, I still use that foot peddle plugged into my Marshall at practice.

4. My wife used to have a Reverberocket...
and before that she had a 72 Twin. I now have the Twin...and she's not getting it back!
Still, the best sounding amp we have is a 67 VibroChamp
