I was going to ask you something in the Lincoln thread, but I didn't want to hijack it further, so I'll ask it here and hijack my own thread.

Have you heard any of Eddie Vedder's music from the soundtrack of "Into The Wild?" If not, you should check it out. I particularly like "Society" and "Guaranteed."

One of my all-time favorite DU threads was the one when Jackson Browne first endorsed JE and all the Jackson Browne fans came out and got into a deep discussion of his lyrics. I always remember that thread when I see you posting.

of last year, I thought, and that soundtrack worked perfectly with the narrative.

Yes -- I remember that JRE thread with Browne and Raitt. A landmark thread if there ever was one.
