The Wolfman Plot Revealed

MTV recently snared a wolf, well, future Wolfman Benicio Del Toro to talk to him further about his upcoming turn in Universal's remake.Del Toro seems psyched for the project to be directed by Mark Romanek. "We're trying to go back to the original. There's something very nostalgic about it for me. I loved all those monsters when I was a kid," he said.

Asked if, as rumored, Anthony Hopkins is on board as well Del Toro said, "I think so," before adding that the final deals haven't been closed nor has a starting date been determined. Excitedly Del Toro said, "I have never done a horror film." He quickly added with a laugh, "maybe a lot of my films already are horror films."

That being said, here is the real meat and potatoes of the film. It seems the script has begun to circulate around and here is what has leaked out so far:

Hmmmm...Benicio Del Toro is awesome, and a very intriguing casting decision.

1. Very cool--Del Toro is a fine actor and will do an amazing job

However, that write-up on Monstermovieblog has got to be written in the most annoying style I've ever encountered. It was a chore to get through more than three or four sentences.

But at least the subject matter is intriguing!
