can recover from having no money. It's not like the Chinese are swimming in discretionary income. So they will be the first to go.

As for the winner, I'm hoping beyond hope for Kris and Jon. But I have this feeling of dread that the horrible Freddy and Kendra will come out on top.

I'd love for it to be Jon and Kris. I could easily handle Hayden and Aaron. The Wee Ones I'd be okay with, simply because winning as dysfunctional as they are would be a remarkable thing.

I'm afraid Hellboy and Rebecca are in a big hole, though. Their only hope is to scavenge as much money as possible in the hotel, which presumably caters to folks who have cash.

Freddy and Kendra are in a world of hurt, because Freddy's done all of his roadblocks. The roadblock situation so far (remember, each teammate can only do six):

Freddy and Kendra: Freddy's done all his, it's all on Kendra now.
Aaron and Hayden: Each have done 5, so they'll have to be very careful picking who does the next one.
Jon and Kris: Also have done 5 apiece, so they'll need to be careful as well, making sure they play to their strengths.
Adam and Rebecca: Adam's done 5, Rebecca 4, so they're in good shape. If it's an easy one, let Adam do it, otherwise Rebecca can do it, since she appears to be the strongest of the team.

I think it'll come down to Aaron/Hayden vs Jon/Kris, because Adam/Rebecca have a tough start with the money situation, and Kendra/Freddy have the problem of Kendra's needing to do both road blocks. She could be a surprise, however. And we don't know what the road blocks will be. If they involve strength, she could be in big trouble. But if it plays to her strengths, whatever they may be, the gamble of having Freddy do his first could pay off.

Chip and Kim (last season) were great, like Jon and Kris this season. And they won.

12. Oh boy, I am right there with you

I was so disgusted last night! I just couldn't believe I wasted my time watching that.

Jon and Kris did not play smart at all! Stopping to hug and kiss and be nice, like they weren't in a race. Then, why didn't they check ALL the airlines to see if they had earlier flights? UGGGGHHHHHH!!!! I *HATE* Kendra!

15. They should have checked other flights

but really they got there only 5 minutes later, and ended up on the same train (supposedly) as freddy and kendra. So that lead was gone once they were on the train into chicago.

I think the difference was first in finding the water tower, and then in getting a cab.

Once on the train I would have looked for someone, and studied the map and made out which way to go upon exiting, maybe finding a young person to help lead me there.

Secondly I would have made some calls from Hawaii. I would have called a Car service, explained everything, figured out with them the train to take and what exit to get off at, then had the car there, waiting, to lead us to the water tower, or direct us, then meet us there. Just in case we needed a car.

Kendra is just as repulsive as Jonathan in a different way. If I had known ahead of time that nasty piece of work was going to win I would have just skipped the show and saved myself two hours! :mad:

14. I wanted to throw up

I couldn't believe Kendra won. Yuck, yuck, yuck. My husband threw the remote and when it hit the floor it changed the channel. That's ok, we didn't want to see anymore of her.

I was really surprised a new season is starting again so soon.
