Project Runway finale is Thursday this week.
Anybody at DU following it? Anyone? Bueller?

This is Mondo and my money is on him. The boy has skills. He is so cute; I just want to put him in my pocket.

It's been a great season.

1. I love Mondo.
He's grown so much during this season. And I don't mean just his work.

I actually liked Michael C's designs the best but now that he's gone I hope Mondo wins it. I don't care for the others' work much at all.

I love this show.

3. The Michael C pile-on early in the series was tragic.
I really admired him for keeping his cool and it seems everyone came around after that evil twit Ivy was bounced for her horrendous duo of bright blue dresses.

Go Mondo.

5. Please dear god....Just don't let it be Wretchen
I'm on team Mondo too. I actually kind of like Wretchens clothing but she seems like such an annoying and vile human that I just couldn't send any money her way.

I loved Michael C.. It was sad to lose him so close to the finale.

6. Andy is a close second to Mondo the Great in the world according to me!

I just love this season. I watch each episode usually twice. Nice break from the mano y mano politics. I've been on Team Mondo from the start. He has an amazing eye for combining color and patterns that even a fashion dolt like myself can appreciate.

One more day.

7. The recession claims another
I fear Mondo was yet another victim of the recession as the "business" side of the fashion business took precedence over the "fashion" side. Had times been better and money was flowing Gretchen and her monotonous yet commercial granola glam collection would have never had a shot against Mondo.

10. totally cracktabulous judging
On what planet did Gretchen get that win? I really feel for Mondo as he likely needed that win more than she did. Her clothes, as was endlessly pointed out, will have a market, project runway or no project runway, but Mondo needed that publicity machine behind him in this economy.

12. I could NOT believe it!
I don't know what I missed but I didn't see the same styles or fabrics in Gretchen's earlier stuff except for the next to last episode. I don't think her finale stuff was wearable at all.
