Anyone else remember the John Ritter series "Hooperman?"
I was always a big Ritter fan, and thought him underrated as an actor. I thought Hooperman was his best work. Its still one of my all-time favorites.

Anyone else a fan?
Any chance to see a possible DVD release?

1. I only caught a couple episodes of that show.....
but it was a ggod show. A mixture of comedy and drama. Barbara Bosson played his supervisor. Was it a Steven Bochco production?

4. I figured it was a Steven Bochco production.....
because he was married to Barbara Boson and she usually wound up getting roles in his shows.

She did Hill Street and Cop Rock, too!

5. I often did the closed captioning for it
I hadn't thought about that show in a long time.

Other great ones from my captioning days of yore:

Sledge Hammer
LA Law
Bravestarr (cartoon)
The Seinfeld Chronicles
The Charmings
Sable
MacGyver

Sledge Hammer so damn funny. It just hit DVD if you didn't know.

The Charmings. Thanks for bringing back the memories. I hadn't thought
of that show in years. There are very few who remember it.

7. Thanks for the tip!
I didn't know Sledge was on DVD. Gotta get my hands on that. Sooooo funny.

Of all the TV series they need to make movies out of, Sledge Hammer is the one. But only if David Rasche comes back in the title role.
