OT: Webb stood up Vets in Virginia Beach (big whoops)

Chalk this up to a freshman senator snaffu (he promised them he'd come to the Vets parade back in the summer, not knowing he would be busy with transition week). But what irks me is that the right wingers chose this as an opportunity to bash JK in the comments section. This is kind of old -- from 12/14 -- so too late to respond. But I hope Webb is learning that it's these little things that cost you in political capital. I also hope he has some good staffers come Jan. who will prevent these kind of mistakes.
