4. He is remarkable. Citing chapter and verse, case by case,

why Alito should not be confirmed, with more to come Monday.
And the corporate media scoffs despite the fact that Alito could/will
negatively affect their lives, and the lives of their kids,
for many years to come. MAkes no sense except
partisanship run amok because of who's getting rich.
I'm very proud of Senator Kerry, and all the other Dems who
stand with him, regardless of the outcome!

6. But how can he be speaking on the Senate floor

when Tweedy, the Washington Post guy on his show and McClellan all think he's in Darvos. But this is good, it means that Kerry has evaded their spying. Somehow he can be on TV, radio, and even in the Senate building with no Republicans knowing it! Has MIT developed a spray that will make good Democratic Senators visible and audible only to other Democrats and (hopefully) Independents?
