3. I thought I had added this, but it's not here, so bear with me if I'm
repeating myself.

If it's at all sunny where you are, get outside just to sit in the sun. If you're up to it, take a walk. I know when I need exercise the most, I can't bring myself to get any, but at least try to get outside for a while. Even if it's overcast, if you can sit somewhere where you can see the trees budding that might help.

4. They DO suck. Sometimes, Doug used to just go to bed for
days because they sucked so much.

 to you, Mrs. Sniffa

How many days in are you?

8. I am on the other side...
of a few weeks of a very agitated state. Upping the meds seemed an obvious fix to everyone...except me. Now...three days into an upped dosage..and I am much calmer. I hope the same is in store for you. I hate when I am the prickly pear that can't get away from myself.

9. I see my pdoc on wed
though there is not much he can do. My insurance won't cover the seroquel anymore....and my body just needs to adust to being off of it. He increased my Zyprexa, so I'm not in a total lurch.....here's hoping for the best....today was already a lot better. Though I did puke from all the anxiousness I was feeling.

10. oh man...that sucks...
I had been trying to get off...or at least reduce the seroquel for some time. I did manage to do it once, but had a bad match with geodon, so back to the seroquel I went. I have been taking an anti-depressant, and an anti-psychotic for a long time. The anti-depressant has been zoloft for like ten years now. The others seem to be a constant state of flux....because of either insurance or side-effects. I feel for you with that kind of withdrawal...there's a lot of info out there about going off seroquel...it seems kind of notorious for the symptoms.

11. That sucks about the insurance.
It's an expensive drug. I'm seeing my doctor tomorrow and hoping maybe I can go back on it, but I'm kind of in the same boat - don't have much prescription drug coverage. I hate that feeling like your brain is rattling around inside your skull. Ugh - hope you continue to feel better. :pals:

12. thanks....saw my pdoc yesterday
and, for once, he was very understanding and sympathetic about my withdrawl sypmptoms...but we are taking a "just wait it out" approach...

today I woke up with such manic anxiety....yuck

hope you feel better!
