3. I am "homesick" for the Thelma and Louise scenes. Glad you like it. You are not

too far from this part of America the Beautiful. I've realized I could fly into LA - rent a car - and go back for some of what I missed :)
When my ship comes in, and I still have the strength to unload it, that is one of the things I will do.
I'm so glad I got to go.

That shot is amazing. I don't know if it's the colours or the varying levels of focus (especially the detail in the rock formations straight ahead contrasting with the softer focus of the formations to the left), but it looks a bit unreal. I think it's a fantastic effect.

I was shipped off from age 10 to 11 to spend a year with my grandparents in Vienna.
Thanks for liking my photo, and if you ever can, go to the American West. It is crawling with Germans and Austrians and the Swiss, I heard almost more German spoken (and French surprisingly) than English.

Our low dollar makes it affordable for them, but not for us.
