Thursday, 4/20: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang! :hi:


I warmed up, did my ab routine, and then did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes on the indoor rowing machine.

Feeling much better today. I don't think I'll take that allergy medication again.


How did you do today?

1. Yes, I did.
40 minutes on the bicycle on the road, then an hour in the gym on the various leg machines. All this leg work I've been doing since joining the gym has improved my ability to power up and over the overpasses on my bicycle routes. Imagine that!

Just keep in mind that it is wise to mix things up every now and then, for a multitude of reasons!

Frankly, I'm a firm believer that one should do whatever keeps them moving.
