Standard Deadlifts to 275#
I'll do a light bouldering session tonight too.

1. Yes, I did
6 A.M. doing bench press, preacher curls, and triceps extension in the back yard, then a 10 mile bike ride at 7, and then to the gym for some of the machines. Today I put two of them back in the schedule - bicep curl and triceps pushdown.

The only other guy working out on the machines today was 81. I think that's neat.

3. YES
For the first time in weeks and weeks. I took it easy with the ole jumprope and 16 kg kettlebell. I had a choice between napping in my office or exercising. I think I chose wisely :)

I did my leg and lower back strength exercises and then I did 35 minutes on the elliptical.
