Today, I jogged 2.5 miles and then went into the strength equipment room to do a leg and lower back workout.
The sun was out today for the first time in over a week. I jogged OUTSIDE in the sun! It was glorious.
I upped my reps a bit on the leg stuff today. Trainer said to do a week of lower weight and higher reps every now and then to keep my metabolism on its toes.
A short (6 mile) bicycle ride early this morning. Yard work and house painting until about 10 minutes ago. No gym today, might do some free weights in the shed when the sun goes down a bit more.
