Tuesday 6/6: I worked out today--did you?
Today I did an abdominal workout, and then did 40 minutes on the elliptical (interval setting).

Worked up one hell of a sweat! Felt really good!

How did you folks make out?

4. Yes, I did.
Using the free wgts and machines at the gym, and my free wgts at home, I did 89 sets @ 10 reps/set of assorted upper body exercises - arms, shoulder, back. Then, pushed a lawn mower around my sister's yard trimming around trees, shrubs, etc., while she was on my zero turn mower flying around the flat parts. A good day. But I predict tomorrow will be a rest day.
