ok... I'm back (I hope) Thursday, 10/9: I worked out today--did you?
First day back after a long time!


I did interval training on the track (about a mile) and then ran up and down a flight of stairs 15 times.

then I did some upper body stuff in the weight room.



I am really out of shape and have gained way too much weight!

:applause:

I got laid off. again. :-( So I can't go to that gym anymore.

The good news is, I did get a really great start there and am very motivated to continue. I'm going today to check out the YMCA and sign up there. (I'll get most of not all of my $$ back from the gym at work.)

My new routine will be getting up, eating breakfast and then hitting the gym. Then coming back and getting on with my To Do list for the day.

2. It's great you're getting back into it!
I did 45 min of cardio as usual. Any particular reason for time off? Injury? I was mostly off last week due to work (including both days last weekend) but this week I've been every day and will get to run this weekend. Yay!

I just bought another bike. My first one didn't work out due to an underlying hand/wrist issue and it caused excruciating wrist pain to ride more than 10 miles.

I'm getting one of these next week which will solve the wrist problem while increasing the fun factor:


I have a lot of weight to lose...gotta get myself moving again!

4. Welcome back!
I've been pretty good all summer but the Fall and classes and chaos have left me feeling a bit poofy.

Am on week 5 of the Couch to 5K plan though, and going strong!
