5. I wil write in Hillary. Obama cannot win anyway, and if he's the nominee that will be obvious long
before November.

10. I was thinking Gravel - but he did drop out endorsing the green candidate
I think. So, a write-in option is in order.

9. Deciding now for November - not a good idea. I'll vote democratic - one way or another

that much I knoe. No McCain, no Nader - that much I am sure today and for good. I believe you should add a write-in option in your poll.

11. I'm going to vote for the Dem nominee, no matter which one it is.
Having a Dem president rather than McCain is the top priority. 8 more years of republicans and we'll be in another Great Depression without much chance of recovery, so it's not worth protesting our nominee IMO. I'll not only vote for whoever the nominee is, but I'll be out there with bells on campaigning for her/him. My preference was Edwards, and now HRC of course, but we have to think of the big picture.

It depends on how Obama and his obnoxious supporters act from here to then. Right now I am thinking voting for my local Democrats and leaving President blank. We'll see....

16. I will absolutely vote for the Democratic nominee
I hope it will be Hillary, so I can do it with enthusiasm. If it's Obama, I'll hold my nose and do it as an anti-McCain vote.

23. I will vote for the Democratic nominee whether it's Clinton or Obama.
There is too much at stake to consider letting another Republican move into the White House. I will be disappointed if I can't vote for Hillary, but I will vote for the Democrat on the ticket.

24. If Obama win the nomination I will
hold my nose and vote for him. We can not let MCcain win. But this will be the last election I will do that in. If we continue to allow them to pick our candidates after this I will no longer vote.

28. I may drink some Rum
before leaving for the polls and after coming home from the polls, but I will vote for Senator Obama if he is the nominee.

If one lives in a "safe" state...in either direction...one can stay home or use a write in, but I live in Massachusetts. We are NOT as safe as many seem to think we are. If we were, we would not have had to endure 16 years of Republican governors......Including Mittens.

I cannot, will not allow MY vote to play any part in electing another Republican.

27. I'll vote for the Democrat.

But I'm genuinely alarmed at the thought of defending him publicly if he is the nominee. I can't think of another time when that was true. The more fervent Obama supporters don't seem to comprehend the unease of so many traditional Democrats about their man.
