A rec for 30 Day Shred..
As some of you know, I've been an exotic dancer for many years. I'm on a couple of discussion boards geared to my profession. On both these boards, as well as at the amazon link, I am hearing NOTHING but absolute raves for this DVD workout. I have the dvd but have not been consistant with using it yet - am preparing to start this week.
Those that I know are doing it consistantly are showing results (weight loss and toning) withing a week. Even if they are not perfect with their diet.

ANY way, I will keep all of you posted as to how this is working for me, but wanted to let you all know that this seems to be a fairly good across-the-board workout for a lot of people.

I paid about $10 for the dvd, and all the equipment you need are a couple of handweights and a workout mat.

This is Jillian Michaels workout (from The Biggest Loser); btw.

5. This workout kicked my a$$ the first week
I couldn't believe how pathetic I was. After the first week though, I really could start to see my stamina improve. For 20 minutes a day, it's a killer program.
