2. Now the hard part...
Have to start posting the content.

Once we get some good info up, I'll go back to the original thread and PM every one of them.

And then we can do the public announcement as well.

3. Hi Joebert!
It's great to have this forum up!

I'm really looking forward to learning how to save money--in many different ways.

I also look forward to contributing information about couponing and saving money at the grocery store--and getting FREE stuff just by using coupons.

I'm certainly not the expert on coupons, but I've been couponing for 2 years now, and I can offer advise and suggestions.

I used to frequent a savings messageboard that had a couponing board. People swapped coupons, alerted each other to great deals (Target, Walmart, Kmart, etc) and we helped each other save. That Web site went belly up, and I miss it.

I hope to help create a helpful community here--and learn a thing or two!

Thanks for getting the ball rolling on this and making it happen!

TS

7. Hi Eleny!
Yes, I'm glad this group formed quickly.

We're heading into colder weather, and I'm concerned about heating bills. I hear that home-heating bills could be anywhere from 30-70 percent higher than last year.

I live in Iowa, so that won't be pretty.

Here's to saving loads of money, in lots of ways!

5. I'm not sure how hard it really is to get a new group made.
But this one was easy.

The admin's email was all very positive. They said that they could see the immediate and ongoing usefulness of a forum like this.

Couldn't have done it without your idea, and everyone else's help.

8. Hi, Joebert
I may have a few ideas from time to time.

Living in Canada gives one perspective on surviving cold and saving money on avoiding same.

I'll add this forum to my list!

Thanks for starting this.
