1. Just another "be afraid" valentine from our friends at BushCo Psyops INC
The summer line up will include killer bees, rabid chipmunks and maybe crack snorting clowns.

2. This would be real news...
...if it was CNN that was being attacked by the alligators.

"From CNN, this is Lou Dobbs saying...ow...OMG...my leg!...no, argh!....arrrghhhhhaaagg!!!"

That's something I'd pay money to see.

4. Gosh, I guess they ran out of shark stories!
I wonder what beast will be next after they run out of alligator news? The Energizer Bunny gone wild?

But if you listen to Air America, you'll be nuzzled by kittens.

14. Sadly I live in FL now and can say..
They have 'gators all through Florida and only croc's which are endangered in the very south in the Everglades and only there. 'Gators are no longer endangered but are still protected. Australia on the other hand only has Crocodiles, two types Salt Water and Fresh Water. Both protected but no longer endangered also.

With all the feral animals in South Florida + suburbia and other man made threats encroaching on the Everglades (farming, run off yada yada) is killing them off. It doesn't help they are only found in one area of the US. (I hate Florida, but moving is not practical)

11. I'll say this much about the gators...
I've lived in Florida for over 20 years now, and having 3 fatal alligator attacks in a week is unheard of, and really does merit a news mention.

15. I saw an alligator attack a chicken wing Friday night!
We were at a bar on Lake Tarpon, and somebody committed a no-no, and tossed a chicken wing in to a baby (18-24") gator.
