Can we revisit this whole Snow Crying Thing - People Who Cried in Public
I've been thinking again and again today about Tony Snow's blabbering yesterday.

IMO incredibly not genuine - I mean who on earth doesn't know what the "yellow bracelet" means for heaven's sake. My child wanted one 2 years ago -- they were all the rage, hard to get, on back order. I bet Tony was one of the privileged who got one right away b/c he "knew people." Lance's site says there are about 55 million people across the globe wearing the yellow wristband today - so how could wearing the yellow wristband cause Tony to cry - nothing newsy there? I know he had cancer, and I am sorry for him - but he had great insurance, financial freedom - all the things every person should have - does he do anything for colon cancer prevention/research (Katie speaks out for testing, was tested on live TV).

I wonder what went thru this mind before he decided to tear up - did he think "hey, it worked for Mrs. Alito" It always seems to work for Republicans. Reagan used the technique many times.

But it didn't work for Pat Schroeder, or Muskie - both Democrats.

Why can Republicans cry in public - awkwardly cry in public and be honored, treasured for showing emotion -- yet when Democrats cry in public - Schroeder, Muskie - they are considered weak, done for.

Why is that?

7. Piss on him
I know he had cancer, and I am sorry for him

Don't feel sorry for that GOP shilling SOB! I'm also a cancer survivor...had it 18 years ago when I was 25, so I feel that I can speak with authority on this. I had great insurance, family support, great private doctors and it's all good...no problems since then. I've given back to the "community" in many ways since then, I don't wear a yellow bracelet, and I don't cry big old crocodile tears in public.

Guys like Snow are the worst sort of scum. They know what it's like to face the Big C, yet by supporting and shilling for this Administration, they turn their backs on their fellow Cancer survivors, and those in the future that will face it. Supporting an administration that cuts health care, and just recently tried to help the insurance companies get out of paying for early screening (S.1955..that we luckily defeated) is disgusting. He deserves every bit of contempt you can muster and then some.
