language no problem, chose the one you understand best

plenty of interesting videos and material you won't probably see in the US. Very few commercials if any.

check for example the holidays survey

1. In Next Friday's Business Week...
It'll probably say, "Rupert Murdoch buys EURONEWS."

4. it's not likely, it's public service TV
it exists since 1993 and the 20 share-holders are mainly state-funded public service TVs. It would demand that more than 50% of those TVs would sell their shares to a private operator and such an aprroach would be automatically blocked by countries like France, Germany, Spain etc... Those TVs cannot do such a thing without the legal approval of their governments...

2. I watch the BBC allot on cable,
it just doesn't seem to have the spin US news has. One thing i've noticed watching the BBC, most Europeans don't seem to be frighten of terrorism. I know they're aware the subject comes up but it's not like here, it's matter of fact and serious but without the show biz.

Peace!

3. What cable channel is BBC on?? Been trying to find it but................
....can't seem to locate it. Any help you can offer is most appreciated. If it's simply BBC then maybe I don't get that channel.

5. I've seen BBC News 24 programming...
...on PBS late in the evening (around midnight). They're only on for about 30 minutes, but its enough time for the headlines and some in-depth reports.

9. Added it to my faves
Thanks for the link! It's certainly worth a shot since we don't do objective news anymore in the U.S.
