THE CAPITOL on C-SPAN
Anyone else absolutely loving this series they're doing? It's opened my eyes to the Capitol and its history. I can't wait for the final part tomorrow about the Senate!

1. I agree, it is absolutely wonderful!
The history, the beauty, all the stories they are telling brings the whole building to life. I am so glad they are doing this. It makes me hope that one day good things will again be done in that wonderful building.

2. Me too!
It makes me hope for better days out of the darkness and a return to our nation's grand traditions.

3. I agree. Last night the "Apotheosis of Washington" painting
on the ceiling of the Capitol dome was extraordinary. I'm also looking forward to tomorrow on the Senate. Glad to know others feel the same.

4. great show
and we have a wonderful history to hold on to, made me realize that we have to fight that much harder to hold on to what our forefathers had worked so hard for. Inside the buildings are so beautiful, and so much history. I loved the whispering room. And it's really the people's house, we have to remember that.
