I have an Idea!
Why don't we shoot down N. Korea's test missile with the Star Wars technology that the repukes have spend billions of dollars perfecting? Not only will we slap N. Korea in the mouth, but we would prove to all the world that the monies we spent developing this awesome technology was way more wisely spent than on any social programs or foreign assistance that could have made 3rd world nations feel better about us - and not plan attacks on our citizens. To whom in this responsive administration should I address this suggestion?

1. Go right to the top with that idea!
I am sure that nice Mr. Rumsfeld would love to show off our slick technology.

3. funny.
How about Bush himself, since his small yet competent government is so accessible to the American People who adore him so....*

* well, I figured since we're in Fairytale territory, I'd run with it.

4. They Probably Couldn't Hit Something The Size of...
They probably couldn't hit something the size of the Continental United States, if it was 10 feet from and in front of the Satellite and relatively stationary--with a great big Bullseye made out of whatever the weapons are designed to target (be it fire/heat, metal/magnetism, etc). Okay, Okay... IF it fires, it might hit such a target--by default...

As another has mentioned... what they'd probably find is that half of the hundreds of billions of dollars have been "spent"... though all we have to show for it is a few Porta-Pottys arranged around the arctic circle and a re-badged old Air Force satellite (from the '70s), and they have no record of receiving the other half. In other words, it was stolen--both halves.

Interesting, wasn't it. The largest scandal involving $2,300,000,000,000 (2.3 Trillion) dollars in Pentagon funds/military appropriations--were found missing with no trace... that Donald Rumsfeld was announced on 9/11 minus one! The day before we forgot all about it.

If they were to have to announce another huge scandal--I wouldn't be going up in a skyscraper--not anywhere! In fact, I'd stay home for a couple of days!!! So we shouldn't be suggesting anything that'd make them have to admit to any large scandals (though, the truth is, now that they've established their power, they're immune--and wouldn't need a distraction--much less a planned new pearl harbor distraction).
