North American Union hits MSM!
quote......
support for a major highway from Mexico through the heart of the United States to join Canada — a so-called NAFTA superhighway — I couldn't help but think the timing may be right to form the controversial North American Union. There has been talk of this for years. Support has grown since the successful formation of the European Union.

The idea is simple; create an open federation of the three countries, with a common set of trade rules. In so doing, allow the free flow of citizens within the Union. Finally, create a new currency that would combine the economic strengths of each country and compete against the Euro, the common currency of the European union.

end quote........

Well, this certainly would help when the US dollar tanks!

2. If Iran opens the bourse
and our dollar tanks, the world would be left with a worthless 'reserve' currency. What a clever idea...change money!

3. O.K., this is going to be the next big topic. Jerome CORSI
There have already been a couple or few threads, not from the author in this link who appears to be a businessman/NAFTA type, but from CORSI the past Swiftbot co-author and future Minuteman co-author. This is another facet of the "illegal immigration" issue, which splits all parties, and which mixes serious concerns with racist concerns. Too often, the serious concerns are superceded by the racism of some.

I wonder why the Swiftbots and the Minutemen love Shrub so much if they accuse him of things they detest so much. In the case of CORSI, he says Shrub does NOT WANT to secure the borders because he wants to ZOOM cheap Asian goods straight into the HEARTLAND without UNION workers. He also says that Shrub is complicit with a North American Union that will have institutions, like courts, that will SUPERCEDE the U.S. ones including SCOTUS.

11. There goes sovreignty.
But the Supreme Court has been knocking down our constitutional rights anyway, maybe to make sure that we have no rights different from our neighbors.

8. Bush** appears to have us in a race to the bottom
Since it isn't clever to form a union with a country whose economy is so out of sync with your own, he's either dragging us down to match Mexico or down is where we'll go afterwards. And Canada stands to sink with us if they sign on.

9. My God, this man IS a threat to international security
First, to economic security; as that goes, our actual physical security is more at risk. The Europeans had it right about him in their recent poll responses!

10. We, along with about 90% of the world, have been right about him
...from the beginning!! I can only agree: there's been a bad case of stupid raging in this country for several years. Bush** is a global threat. Any Bushbot who doesn't get that by now is in for a rude awakening somewhere down the line when the disastrous results -- economic and otherwise -- come home to roost.

And then...they'll probably blame Clinton.
