Who Are These People and Why Are They Taping FOX News? (intimidation)
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,201519,00.html

What's so interesting about FOX News?

Seems like someone wants to get up close and personal with the worldwide headquarters of FOX News and dispatched a camera crew for some close ups.

The question is, why?

Check out these photos. (8 photos are posted on the webpage.)

10. The question is 'who', not why?
Fox wants to make it seem as if some crime or threat has been committed.

If the people filming are on public property, then were is the problem? The thing that is obvious is only -- Fox doesn't know WHO they are and are basically asking folks who they are as if these were 'mug shots' or something.

Wouldn't it be a laff if Fox made a big deal of it and then it turned it out to be some DHS undercover probe and FOX screwed it up by compromising their field agents...LOL

12. well, if they are private citizens, it's not 'fair game'

If they are private citizens, the behavior can rightfully and lawfully be seen as intimidation. Camera crew and other personnel are not "public figures" by law.

19. Damn straight!!!!
Only LEGITIMATE organizations (like Fox News, for instance) have ANY right at all to film people! Why, there oughta be a law!!! If we could get rid of those activist judges and that damned ACLU, maybe we could get a law passed that requires REGISTRATION of ALL cameras!!!

(do i REALLY need that silly sarcasm smily?)

Ever notice how they "lead the witness" with those dumb little questions on the bottom of the screen?

They were talking about the New York times and at the bottom it said:

ANTI-AMERICAN TIMES??????

I just slapped my forehead.

:wtf:

14. Dems hate America?
Bush the greatest Pres in history?

Fox has worn out their question mark key. They do this constantly. The people do the same thing.

16. Maybe its the government.
In that case they should have no problem with it, right? Since they support Bush's monitoring of citizens. If you're doing nothing wrong then you have nothing to worry about. Isn't that what Fox would say?

So what if some people are standing on a public sidewalk to film the outside of the building? Maybe they're architects. Frankly, who gives a shite?
