Raising money for democrats for 06.
Kudos to the democrats that are raising money for 06.
(This list is not complete, Clark and Feingold at least are missing. If somebody has the numbers please post).

A footnote: Warner's PAC will release an estimate of the amount of money he's raised for other Democrats this cycle -- about $5M. That puts him in the ballpark of Sen. Hillary Clinton, who has raised at least $7.5 million for Democrats, Ex-Sen. John Edwards, who has raised at least $6.5 million. Everyone lags Sen. John Kerry, who has raised close to $14 million.

1. Do other candidates "hire" state party workers as well? Call me naive.
"His PAC, Forward Together, contributed a large sum of money to the Iowa Democratic Party, which will use the cash to fund a new staff position."

"Warner's cash also funds a staff position for New Hampshire Democrats. Audra Tafoya works for State Senate Dems. (Sen. Evan Bayh's All America PAC also has an aide on the staff of the NH party.)"

So Warner and Bayh have their own hires on state party staffs. I wonder who is on our Florida state party staff. Need to check. They are advocating not having primaries, sort of, though it is officially denied. And one of them said someone sounded like a DFA person....always questioning everything.

Hmmm...mmm..

3. And where do their loyalties lie?
When state staffers are paid for by presidential candidates, would there be mixed loyalties during the election? Would that play into tension on the ground during the election?
