Then pretend like you're a clueless fucking idiot and you don't even know that you're being taped.

Please god makes this end!!!!!!! :banghead:

Bush: What about Koffi Annan?
I dont like the sequence of it, his idea is basically cease fire and everything else happens.

Blair: I think the thing that is really difficult is that you can't stop this unless you get the International presence agreed.

(unintelligible chatter)

Bush: Well yeah she's going,I think Condi's going pretty soon

Blair: Well that's all that matters. If you see, it will take some time to get out of there. But atleast it give people.....

Bush: It's a process I agree. I told her your offer too.

Blair: Well it's only...or if she's gonna, or if she needs the ground prepared as it were. Obviously, see if she goes out she's got to succeed as it were. Whereas I can just go out and talk.

Bush: See the irony is what they need to do is get Syria to get Hezbollah to stop doing this shit and it's over.

(Brief unintelligible chatter)

Blair: 'Cause I think this is all part of the same thing. What does he think. He thinks if Lebanon turns out fine, if he gets a solution in Israel and Palestine, Iraq goes in the right way, he's done it.
That's what this whole thing is about. It's the same with Iran.

Bush: I feel like telling Kofi to get on the phone with Assad and make something happen.
We're not blaming Israel...and we're not blaming the Lebanese government.

3. Then pretend you're the leader of the free world...
the fate of the entire world hinges on a clueless silver-spooned frat-boy, who can't even wrap his mind around basic geography that any 10 year-old should know. Tony Blair is trying to have a serious conversation with him about what the hell is to be done about an imminent world war, and this asshole cares more about buttering his roll and stuffing his face. Oh well, shit happens. Whatever. Maybe I'll think on it some after lunch, right after my nap.

4. Just when I think he can't possibly be more of an embarrassment.
That was a disgusting display, him all sprawled out like a 10-year old watching a movie at home, feeding his face and talking with his mouth full. You'd think he and Tony were discussing a damned baseball game.

6. I've watched this video a few times now and
Im starting to think that Blair turned that mic off when he finally realized that Bush knew it was being taped and was leading the conversation. I know it sounds ridiculous to think Bush "leads" anything...but, watch the last part. It's like a light bulb goes on and Blair looks pissed when he leans over and turns the mic off.

Maybe I'm wrong.
