Great graphic: So, -- who are they that back immediate ceasefire?

(crickets chirping in the Anglo-American alliance)

No, dear friends -- the Anglo-American alliance's doctrine today is "All We Are Saying Is Give Indiscrimate Slaughter a Chance."

Sing it! Sing it!

3. I tried to find it for you...
...but was not successful. The internet is great, but permanent links are not well established.

You might try emailing wrh@whatreallyhappened.com, and ask him where he got "Middle East: Who backs immediate cease fire" graphic from.

Maybe one of our English DUers can help.

4. The "democratic" action would be to respect the will of the majority.
But then again George 'Spreading Democracy' Bush lives with only one parable: Do as I say, not as I do.

I was really disheartened, given Israel's recent bombing campaign, to see the U.S. expedite shipments of guided munitions to Israel.

13. It's an unfair characterization of Israel.
If Hezbollah were a nation-state, its flag would be in the "No" column, too. Then the graphic would be fairer. Unfortunately, Hezbollah isn't a nation, so its presence is completely omitted from the graphic.

If Russia was attacking the US, would you give a shit if the rest of the world wanted you and the Russians to stop slugging it out?

16. Russia vs.U.S=Israel vs. Lebanon.
Many of the people who read the U.K. Guardian would insist that the U.S. is capable of defending itself against Russia.
