This documentary sounds like a joke. In the promo piece someone talked about "the Constitution and the Bill of Rights". They only needed to look ahead about 6 amendments to see why they are completely wrong about income tax.

Primary Objectives
Stop the polarization of America
Stop the domination of the Democratic and Republican parties over our political system
Shut down the Federal Reserve system
Return America's gold to Fort Knox and have it audited
Have Congress and the IRS, in a public forum, reveal the law that requires Americans to pay a direct, unapportioned tax on their labor.
Make computerized voting illegal in all 50 states
Keep the internet free and out of the control of large institutions
Rescind the law called the Real ID Act so Americans never have to carry a National ID Card
Make it illegal to implant RFID chips in human beings
Educate juries to the fact that they have the right to determine the law as well as the facts of a case
Educate juries to the fact that they are not obligated to follow the instructions of a judge
Stop Globalization because it is the path to a one world government
Protect our borders
Restore the environment
Put an end to the Patriot Act
Sign up millions of Americans so we can accomplish our objectives

Isn't it worth promoting the movie just for that reason?

This is not absolutely true, but it's close: whenever somebody is pushing to scrap the Federal Reserve and is a goldbug (audit the gold at Ft. Knox), they believe the Protocols of the Elders of Zion are nonfiction.

Additionally, the same people who argue that Congress has no constitutional power tend to think like Tim McVeigh. Personally, I'd rather not be associated with their side of the argument.

One good point, which is debatable in my mind, does not save this film from being a crock. It's far-right, black-helicopter, "ZOG", wingnut bullshit. The quicker it fails, the better.

7. The only way to stop the police state now is to stop paying taxes.

I've always been for taxes BUT Bush has ran up the debt and WAR is taking all the money. SCRAP the income tax. Zero out capital gains for small business. RAISE corporate tax on multi-nationals. NATIONALIZE ALL ENERGY COMPANIES and BIG PHARMA. (and a lot of other things) Bring back the "death tax" RETROACTIVE. Raise dividend taxes.
Seize the assets of all the members of BUSHCO. There is a lot we can do working with the Libertarians. But whatever we do it has to be RADICAL.

It should be in wide release now. Very eye opening, and scary about how little "consumer choice" the Libertarians scream about that we actually have.

EDIT: When the GM EV-1 outruns an RX-7, then you should see what these cars could do before they were all crushed in favor of Hydrogen 20 years from now.
